We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives within a fast-paced technology organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, calendar management expertise, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.
Provide executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
Process expense reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other executive documentation.
Coordinate team meetings, events, and off-site activities.
Communicate professionally with executives, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
Assist with department administration and site-specific activities.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years of Executive Administrative Assistant or related administrative experience.
Experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership.
Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Previous Bank of America experience.
Experience supporting Global Technology organizations.
Microsoft Copilot experience.
Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite each week. Candidates must be available to work onsite from Day 1.
