Executive Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives within a fast-paced technology organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, calendar management expertise, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate administrative records.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other executive documentation.

  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and off-site activities.

  • Communicate professionally with executives, business partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with department administration and site-specific activities.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Executive Administrative Assistant or related administrative experience.

  • Experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership.

  • Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Bank of America experience.

  • Experience supporting Global Technology organizations.

  • Microsoft Copilot experience.

  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite each week. Candidates must be available to work onsite from Day 1.
