Assist the GM/COO in all aspects of the Executive Office management by providing administrative and clerical support.
Essential Job Functions:
⢠Excellent internal/external Guest Service;
⢠Manage calendar for GM;
⢠Receive and screen phone calls and route to proper party; accurately record messages necessary;
⢠Communicate and maintain good relations with departments, employees, visitors, guests and vendors;
⢠Respond to and handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence directed to the GM;
⢠Provide routine and non-routine clerical support;
⢠Prepare and/or distribute reports as prescribed or requested;
⢠Maintain status of and coordinate all property projects;
⢠Coordinate the logistics for meetings and maintain a schedule for boardroom;
⢠Make decisions as appropriate in the absence of the GM;
⢠Ensure all Executive office deadlines are meet;
⢠Maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
⢠Other reasonable duties as assigned.
