Assist the GM/COO in all aspects of the Executive Office management by providing administrative and clerical support.
Essential Job Functions:
• Excellent internal/external Guest Service;
• Manage calendar for GM;
• Receive and screen phone calls and route to proper party; accurately record messages necessary;
• Communicate and maintain good relations with departments, employees, visitors, guests and vendors;
• Respond to and handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence directed to the GM;
• Provide routine and non-routine clerical support;
• Prepare and/or distribute reports as prescribed or requested;
• Maintain status of and coordinate all property projects;
• Coordinate the logistics for meetings and maintain a schedule for boardroom;
• Make decisions as appropriate in the absence of the GM;
• Ensure all Executive office deadlines are meet;
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
