Description

Affinity Health Center is seeking a mission minded, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and executive leadership team. If you're highly organized, great with communication, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, we'd love to meet you.

Starting Pay Range: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
  • Manage complex calendars, communication, and priorities
  • Support board meetings, leadership meetings, and organizational events
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and minutes
  • Coordinate travel, training, and logistics
  • Assist with marketing, digital communications, and development tasks
  • Serve as a professional, positive representative of the organization

Position Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum five years of progressive office experience, including at least one year in a healthcare organization; prior experience supporting C-suite or executive-level leadership required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting marketing, communications, or outreach functions within a nonprofit, healthcare, or community-based organization preferred
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
  • Comfort handling confidential information
  • Experience assisting with fundraising, donor communications, or event promotion in support of development activities preferred
  • Experience with digital communications or social media preferred
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential through IAAP preferred
