Under general direction, the Executive Administrative Assistant is expected to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions supporting our Administrative Accounting Department, Early Childhood Programs (ECP), and governance groups. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain client confidence and protect the organization by keeping information confidential. They will be expected to work independently with minimal direction.
Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday/8am – 4:30pm/non-remote position
Salary Range: $25.11 - $ 25.50
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
Five (5) years of responsible experience performing a variety of complex administrative and fiscal work, preferably including at least two (2) years' experience in a non-profit or educational organization.
AA degree in Social Services, Human Services Field, or Accounting preferred
Spanish bi-lingual preferred
Type 40 words per minute with proven oral and written communication skills. (skills testing req.)
Comprehensive knowledge of Davis Bacon Act preferred
Knowledge of:
Practices and principles of customer service and community resources
Standard office computer programs such as Microsoft Office 360
Principles and practices of research and repor writing and presentations
Special Requirements:
Criminal background clearance as required by licensing agency
Current Health Screening, proof of current negative TB test, immunizations required by Community Care Licensing and current influenza shot.
Valid California Driver's License and proof of current automobile insurance coverage
Willingness to work irregular hours, attend night meetings, and travel as required by the organization
