A little about the job....

• Provides administrative support to Chief Business Development Officer; is a resource to other Administrative Assistants within the organization. 
• Manages office functions using their own discretion and judgement while ensuring efficient operations of the administrative office.
• Provides general clerical support for CBDO and departments within their division. 

Qualifications for the job...

• High school education; Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in administrative role.
• Job requires good organizational skills and the ability to direct office functions/activities utilizing autonomy and good judgement.
• Ability to maintain confidential information, and build relationships with internal and external customers; continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, create detailed and accurate reports, establish priorities among tasks and meet crucial deadlines; exceptional business- math skills (i.e. averages, percentages etc.)
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.
