Executive Administrative Assistant To CEOSupport executive leadership at a mission-driven organization. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the organization offers a dynamic environment where employees can make a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionProvide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.Serve as backup support for executive leadership when primary Executive Assistants are unavailable.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materials.Manage expense reporting and administrative documentation.Support special projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives.Maintain confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
