Description:
• A well-established nonprofit healthcare and human services organization is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant. 
• This full-time role in Staten Island, NY involves supporting executive leadership with administrative, operational, and financial functions. 
• The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in generic office software.

Requirements:
• Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
• Coordinate leadership meetings and executive communications
• Assist with budget tracking and financial documentation
• Maintain organized contract and vendor files
• Support daily administrative operations across departments
• Assist with presentations and organizational communications
• Monitor industry updates for leadership review

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred
• 3–5 years of executive administrative support experience required
• Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, invoices, or contract management preferred
• Strong office software skills, especially spreadsheets
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
