As our Executive Operations Coordinator, you'll work closely with company leadership and play an important role in keeping projects, recruiting efforts, communications, and day-to-day operations moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technology, organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Salary Range: $39000.00 - $65000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities
Support executive leadership with scheduling, planning, and coordination
Manage recruiting activities including job advertisements, applicant communication, and interview logistics
Develop presentations, reports, and materials used for meetings and training
Assist with company marketing initiatives and social media engagement
Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and special projects
Monitor ongoing priorities and help ensure projects remain on track
Maintain accurate records, files, and organizational systems
Research tools, resources, and ideas that improve efficiency and productivity
Serve as a key point of coordination between leadership and team members
Enjoys being organized and managing multiple priorities
Communicates professionally and confidently
Learns new software and technology quickly
Has strong computer skills and attention to detail
Can work independently while maintaining accountability
