The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to the Executive Pastors, providing high-level administrative and organizational support to manage schedules, communications, and priorities.

Responsibilities include calendar management, communication, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, supporting ministry events, and maintaining confidentiality.
The position reports to the Executive Team, contributing to effective leadership and aligning with the church’s mission: Changed Lives, Changing Lives.
Requirements include 3–5 years of executive admin experience, excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, proficiency in digital tools, and a strong faith commitment.
