Seeking an experienced Corporate Development Manager or Senior Manager to support the Client’s Corporate Development team across the full M&A lifecycle. The role will focus on:
• Deal sourcing / pipeline: Track inorganic opportunities, screen inbound CIMs, and prioritize against strategic focus areas, primarily cloud-native SaaS, AI/ML tooling, and vertical software.
• Financial modeling: Build and support acquisition models with SaaS-specific metrics such as ARR quality and NRR.
• Due diligence: Coordinate diligence across Legal, Tax, Finance, and Product, and manage external advisors.
• Integration support: Track post-close integration activities for recent acquisitions.
• Executive / Board materials: Prepare transaction rationale and deal summaries for senior leadership and Board review.
