Job Summary
The College of Arts & Sciences Advisement Office is seeking a dedicated Executive Aide to support both our student population and our team of academic advisors. In this role, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the office, helping to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for students and staff.
Key responsibilities include checking in students for appointments, welcoming visitors at the front desk, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments with advisors. You will also communicate regularly with advisors, assist students with registration inquiries, and coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings. Additional duties involve maintaining meeting minutes, updating office materials, managing website content, purchasing supplies, and assisting with budget oversight. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
