The ETSU College of Nursing, Office of Student Services invites applications for a full-time Executive Aide.
The Executive Aide serves as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position manages front-desk communications, supports advising and student services activities, maintains databases and records, and assists with event coordination and operational tasks. The Executive Aide also provides backup support to other administrative staff, contributing to the efficient functioning of the college's programs and services.

College of Nursing Overview
The College of Nursing is part of the University's Academic Health Sciences Center, which also includes the James H. Quillen College of Medicine, the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy, the College of Public Health, and the College of Health Sciences. The College of Nursing is the largest in the State of Tennessee offering multiple tracks for students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs.
