This confidential role seeks an experienced Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare meeting materials.
- Provide limited personal support such as expense tracking, documentation organization, and vendor coordination.
- Require proven experience supporting executives, strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, discretion, and tech-savviness.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years supporting senior leaders, preferably in professional services, finance, or high-touch environments.
