Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant

EST START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT LENGTH: ~2 months to start, could extend based on hiring for full-time role

LOCATION: x5 days/week at Seattle, WA

HOURS: 40 hrs/week, no OT, Mon-Fri, 8a-4p PST

PAY RANGE: $25-30/hr


WHAT TEAM IS THIS CONTRACTOR PART OF? Will sit on a marketing/technology team


WHY IS THIS POSITION OPEN? Backfill


WHAT IS THIS CONTRACTOR SPECIFICALLY DOING?

- Will support the Vice President of this team

- Day to day will consist of calendar management, must be comfortable scheduling SVP+ meetings

- Prepare and print all daily meeting material


MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be a strong Executive Assistant with a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience

- Strong calendaring management skills and comfortable scheduling SVP+ meetings

- Experience working effectively with high-ownership, high-expectation leadership and diverse personalities

- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments

- Demonstrated comfort working with technical tools, systems, or concepts is highly preferred

- Must have strong verbal/written communication skills


CANDIDATES WHO WOULD BE SUCCESSFUL:

- Those with backgrounds supporting VPs/Senior Leadership in creative marketing or tech environments


SCREENING/SUBMITTAL PROCESS:

- Required qualification call with a recruiter

- Required updated resume (Word format)


INTERVIEW PROCESS: x2 rounds, 30min each (one with current EA, one with VP or Business Ops Mgr)
