We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders
Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents
Screen calls, manage information requests, and handle confidential communications
Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and visitor logistics
Build strong relationships with internal teams and senior executives
Prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Support special projects and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including formatting, tables, and mail merges
Experience with general office administration, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting management
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information and interact effectively with executives
