Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Customer Success. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in executive administration, office operations, and team coordination, and a proven ability to streamline workflows, manage complex calendars and travel, and drive follow-through on action items.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Director, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel, expenses, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
  • Serve as office manager for the location, coordinating event planning, kitchenette replenishment, office supplies, group activities, large meetings, and a welcoming office environment.
  • Consolidate staff inputs, action items, and status updates to support operational efficiency across the department.
  • Track and enforce deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional communications.
  • Support large meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and post-meeting actions.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with calendar, travel, and expense tools (e.g., Outlook, Concur, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing office operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Event planning and onsite meeting coordination experience.
  • Background supporting Customer Success or similar client-facing teams.
