Customer service focuses on maintaining a welcoming reception area, coordinating meeting setups, and ordering floral arrangements.
Additional duties may include campus visits, attending meetings, and representing the organization.
Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or related coursework and at least three years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must have strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and physical capability to perform office errands and lift up to 40 pounds.
