Description
Executive Assistant
Location: Atlanta, GA | Duration: 3 Years | Hybrid/Remote
Location Requirement: Must live within 90 minutes of GPC HQ and be available onsite as required.
Role Summary:
Provide executive and administrative support to FROW leadership, including calendar/meeting coordination, expense and timekeeping administration, documentation, reporting, onboarding, and confidential information management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and event logistics.
Enter expenses in Oracle Cloud ERP and manage time corrections in Oracle HCM.
Maintain department data and support strategic planning using Microsoft Teams/Planner.
Prepare meeting notes, action items, presentations, letters, reports, and other executive documents.
Maintain files and records using SharePoint; support document formatting, PDF/data extraction, and records retention.
Coordinate catering, meeting locations, technology, and onboarding logistics.
Handle confidential information and serve as a liaison with employees and external stakeholders.
Support process documentation and other administrative projects.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years Executive Assistant or equivalent experience.
2–5 years Microsoft Office 365 experience, including Teams, Planner, and SharePoint in a cloud environment.
Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF/document management, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information independently.
Preferred: Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, Microsoft Copilot, and Utility Vegetation Management/Forestry experience.
