Executive Assistant
LHH is partnering with a renowned non-profit organization in Atlanta to hire an Executive Administrative professional supporting a Vice President. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and being the central point of coordination for a team.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive leading a major fundraising initiative
- Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and executive meetings
- Serve as a key liaison across teams to ensure alignment and execution of priorities
- Support donor-facing activities, including preparation for meetings with high-net-worth individuals
- Create polished presentations, materials, and documents (flyers, reports, spreadsheets)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative capacity
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Outlook, virtual meeting platforms
- Excellent communication, proofreading, and multitasking abilities
- Strong ability to create professional, visually polished materials
