We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a fast‑growing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs, and enjoys being a trusted partner at the center of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, scheduling, meetings, and daily priorities
- Handle email, communications, and follow‑ups on behalf of the Founder
- Track projects, deadlines, and action items
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and scheduling across business and personal needs
- Support communication with team members, vendors, and partners
- Maintain organized records, documents, and systems
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper with strict confidentiality
Qualifications:
- 3+ years as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Exceptional organization, communication, and time‑management skills
- High discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast‑paced environment
