Executive Assistants
Pay: $34-$40/hour
Onsite in Burbank CA
Duration: Contract, W-2

Duties
·Executive Support: Manage and prevent conflicts on complex calendars, screen calls, and arrange detailed domestic and international travel.
·Document & Data Management: Process expense reports, submit invoices, and maintain highly confidential files, talent databases, and departmental presentations.
·Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prep internal/external meetings.
·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between your supported executives, external agents, production crew, and various business units.
What You Bring
·Previous administrative experience on a high-volume desk, ideally within a major studio, casting agency, or television network.
