We're seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team in Montgomery County.
This role involves managing complex calendars, travel, high-level correspondence, and coordinating strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison to the Board, supporting governance, planning executive events, overseeing communications, and improving administrative workflows using Microsoft Office 365.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Salary ranges from $38-$42/hour, working 8 AM-5 PM, with benefits offered.
