Key Accountabilities:
• Provides professional handling of phones, taking messages, maintaining daily schedule, making travel arrangements, and coordinating special projects on an as needed basis. • Establish and maintain filing system to ensure continuous and orderly office function. • Support and assist in the writing of policies and procedures, SOP's as needed. • Maintain and coordinate senior management's schedules • Conduct research and compile data to assist management in decision-making • Handle special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
General Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years administrative work with business writing experience required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Proven problem-solving skills and prior background demonstrating sound business judgment A good knowledge of the hotel business and its inner workings preferred or willingness and ability to learn.
Salary: $25.00 - $28.00/per hour
