We are seeking a highly polished Executive Administrative Assistant to provide advanced, confidential administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.

Position Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant delivers high-level administrative and secretarial support to an Executive leader, serving as a trusted partner in day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational expertise. The successful candidate will proactively manage executive schedules, coordinate complex logistics, prepare professional correspondence and reports, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative and executive-level support, ensuring seamless daily operations
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings, including coordination of travel arrangements
  • Serve as a professional gatekeeper by screening and prioritizing calls, requests, and communications
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Greet and direct visitors, team members, and stakeholders with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Office Supervisor and leadership team on special projects and administrative initiatives
  • Perform additional administrative and secretarial duties as assigned in support of executive and organizational needs

Qualifications

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Associates Degree in a related field

Experience

  • Required: Administrative support experience
  • Preferred: Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative experience supporting leadership
