Manage complex schedules, arrange logistics for meetings and events, prepare materials, and track action items.
Coordinate communication across departments and external partners while maintaining confidentiality.
Support sales initiatives, prepare reports, and assist with proposals and presentations.
Require 5+ years of experience supporting executives, proficiency in MS Office and travel tools, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
