Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the commercial organization, enhancing executive effectiveness through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting prep, expense processing, and project support.
Manage complex calendars, arrange travel, prepare materials, and facilitate communication across teams and external partners. Support sales initiatives, track deliverables, and assist with events and special projects.
Require 5+ years of executive support experience, proficiency in MS Office and travel systems, strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving.
