JOB SUMMARY:
This role is for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant supporting three VPs within the Connected Customer Experience organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and excels at managing complex calendars, executive communications, travel logistics, and cross-functional coordination across multiple time zones. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Candidates should also be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency while providing seamless executive and onsite support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, office events, and logistics.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Support communication management, stakeholder coordination, and confidential operations.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and process improvements to streamline executive workflows.
  • Collaborate across teams and provide backup support for other Executive Assistants as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong executive support and calendar management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience managing travel, expenses, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
