Job Title: Executive Assistant - Operations & Technology

Position Overview

Conicelli Autoplex is seeking a highly capable, tech-forward Executive Assistant -Operations & Technology to work directly with our executive team to implement innovative systems and streamline operations across departments.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a strategic executor - someone who understands technology, enjoys improving processes, and can help drive operational efficiency throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new technologies and operational systems as directed by the executive team
  • Evaluate current workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Lead and coordinate technology rollouts across departments
  • Develop and document SOPs for new systems and processes
  • Support interdepartmental communication and operational alignment
  • Assist with training staff on new software, platforms, and tools
  • Help streamline sales, service, and administrative operations
Qualifications

Required:
  • Strong technology background with hands-on systems implementation experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train others
Preferred (Plus Factors):
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Coding knowledge or software development background
  • Experience conducting or supporting sales training
  • Experience implementing CRM, DMS, or other business automation platforms
