Executive Assistant CVI Independent Living at Hartsfield Village (Powers Health) SCHEDULE: Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm WHAT YOU WILL DO: Provides personal administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director, VP of Post-Acute Services to ensure the office of the executive runs smoothly. Enhances executives effectiveness by providing management support, representing the executive to others. Responsible for supporting Post-Acute Care Services, including Hartsfield Village and Powers Home Health. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with abilityto become familiar with company-specific programs and software Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail Strong decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures Exceptional interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional demeanor High School diploma or equivalent.
