Description
We are seeking a highly trusted Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This role requires exceptional integrity, discretion, and the ability to manage highly confidential information while supporting organizational leadership and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex executive calendar, travel, meetings, and expense reporting
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper to the CEO's time and priorities
Provide administrative support to other members of the Senior Leadership Team
Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
Act as liaison with board members, donors, executive leadership, and stakeholders
Track executive projects, deadlines, and priorities
Serve as recording secretary for Boards and maintain corporate records
Support executive and management team meetings
Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and integrity
Qualifications
10+ years of executive or senior administrative experience
Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong judgment, emotional maturity, and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
