Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant | Process-Driven, Detail-Oriented, Operationally Focused

- Own and manage complex executive calendars with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring alignment to priorities, proactive conflict resolution, and efficient use of time
- Execute detailed administrative processes including expense reporting, document preparation, and correspondence with consistency and precision
- Prepare, review, and finalize professional communications, maintaining a high standard of quality and confidentiality
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and contingency planning to ensure seamless execution
- Schedule and organize interviews (virtual and onsite), ensuring all logistics, materials, and timelines are clearly defined and followed
- Establish and maintain organized systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication to support operational efficiency
- Serve as a structured point of control for executive access—prioritizing requests, maintaining boundaries, and ensuring alignment to established processes
- Review incoming communications and requests, assess urgency and importance, and ensure timely, appropriate follow-up
- Support consistent and organized communication between leadership and internal teams to ensure clarity and accountability
- Track upcoming commitments, deadlines, and deliverables—providing regular, structured updates to keep leadership informed and prepared
- Execute special projects with a disciplined, step-by-step approach, ensuring completion within defined timelines and standards
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail, organization, and a high level of accuracy

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $62K-$85K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
