REPORTS TO: Senior Executive Pastor
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time
 
ROLE SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant serves as a proactive strategic partner to the Executive team, providing high-level administrative support by helping them stay focused, organized, and effective.

 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the go-to strategic partner for the Senior Executive Pastor and as administrative support for the Senior Pastors

  • Assist with administrative duties, including calendar management, responding to emails, managing requests, booking travel, etc.

  • Proactively do everything possible to help the Senior Executive Pastor be more efficient and effective

  • Build, organize, manage, or present solutions for a wide variety of executive-level projects, including organizational systems and metrics

  • Oversee the preparation of meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive communications

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • [PREFERRED] Experience leading a team. 
  • [PREFERRED] Experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to organize and execute a wide variety of tasks with a resourceful attitude
  • The ability to go with the flow, but to bring order and structure where needed
  • A love for efficient systems and an ability to build them
  • Initiative to proactively move the ball forward
  • Proficiency with technology, including Apple and Microsoft apps
  • Excellent proofreading skills

  • Have experience with event planning or communications
  • Are into personality assessments
  • Love metrics and spreadsheets

SALARY STATEMENT
  • Compensation for this position is generally structured around $24.00 per hour. Depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications, the final offer may be above or below this amount, subject to pre-established budgetary constraints.
 
WORK SCHEDULE
  • 40 hours per week w/ occasional overtime.
  • Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Flex to evenings/weekends for events/special situations.
 
COMPLIANCE NOTICE
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS
This position involves prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing and walking. The role requires frequent use of hands for typing and operation of office equipment, as well as sustained visual focus on computer screens. Lifting is minimal and generally limited to items up to 10–15 pounds. Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal physical risk.
