This opportunity is for an experienced, Executive Assistant/Family Office with exceptional multi-tasking abilities to support a very busy Business Owner for both their professional and personal lives. The tempo of business and life in this role is both rapid and ever-changing. The successful candidate needs to be an administrative Rockstar who has a logistical mind, can adapt to change, anticipate needs, and navigate a complex calendar and schedule. The right candidate for this role will be a master scheduler, detail oriented and self-motivated. We offer:

• $30.00 to $36.00 per hour. DOE.
