The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level, complex administrative support to a Senior Executive Vice President and/or Executive Vice President. This role anticipates executive needs, independently manages priorities, and ensures seamless coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders. Success is defined by proactive calendar oversight, Board-level coordination, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while driving organizational efficiency.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $25–$30/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Long-term temporary (opportunity for permanent hire)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex executive calendars with limited oversight, resolving scheduling conflicts and aligning priorities
• Review and prioritize incoming emails and calls; take independent action when appropriate
• Coordinate and support Board of Managers meetings, including board portal management and secure document handling
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, organizational charts, and business documents with high accuracy
• Plan and execute onsite and offsite meetings, including agendas, invitations, room setup, catering, minute-taking, and follow-up
Minimum Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including 2+ years supporting C-Suite executives
• Experience coordinating Board meetings and working directly with Board members
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and typing speed of 65 WPM

• Virtual meeting and collaboration platforms
Equipment & Work Environment
• Indoor, sedentary office environment with moderate noise levels
• Frequent sitting, typing, standing, reaching, bending, and walking
• Lifting and moving objects up to 25 lbs.
• Visual acuity and hearing required for computer use, phone communication, and in-person interaction
Preferred Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years supporting executive leadership
• Strong ability to anticipate needs, maintain discretion, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
