Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team in California. This role requires a highly organized and professional individual capable of handling secretarial and executive-level administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Preparing Board agendas, staff reports, and supporting materials.
- Accurately preparing monthly meeting minutes.
- Managing contracts, lease agreements, and bid proposals.
- Providing executive-level administrative support.
- Proficiency in advanced office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Exhibiting strong professional writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a secretarial or executive-level administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other advanced office software.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, during the first shift.
Benefits
The position offers a competitive pay range from $25 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Additional Details
Max Pay is $30 per hour. Min Pay is $25 per hour.
