Executive Assistant (Engineering - Premium Consumer and Audio Tech Business Unit VP Support)

As we evolve our operating model, we are redefining the role of Executive Assistant to be a strategic partner to leadership-enabling focus, driving alignment, and improving how work gets done across the organization.
This role is part of the Office of the Chief of Staff (OCOS) within Global R&D, a team focused on driving operational excellence, transformation and leadership alignment, across Engineering. Executive Assistants are a critical extension of this model-supporting leaders while helping reinforce a more connected organization. This position reports to the Engineering Chief of Staff.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Vice President of Engineering and their leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support-serving as a force multiplier for the VP and a key connector across teams.
