Salary: $50,000

What your future day will look like:

  • Support busy executives with wide spread community leadership activities
  • Organize and plan client events
  • Support HR and Finance functions for growing business
  • Lead employee care team as we strive to continue to focus on caring for others
  • Coordinate regular training activities
  • Travel arrangements for business travel and speaking engagements
  • Provide support for facilities including coordinating maintenance with vendors
  • Lead contact for client interaction with leadership team including design of client reports
  • Internal financial benchmark reporting for CFO and President

Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic HR and accounting knowledge
  • Fast paced yet accurate work style with ability to prioritize and complete projects
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent software skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy
  • Servant's heart in dealing with internal and external clients
  • Organizational skills are a must
  • Excellent oral and writing skills
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Past track record of strong values, success, stability in employment
  • Excellent employment references demonstrating high character and a desire to succeed
  • Though rarely required, ability to work occasional overtime as needed
