What your future day will look like:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, managing calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and executive priorities.
Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, training events, special projects, and organizational initiatives.
Manage executive communications by prioritizing emails, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical matters.
Serve as a key liaison between executives, staff, board members, vendors, business partners, and community stakeholders.
Proactively identify needs, prepare materials in advance, and drive accountability across the organization to ensure executive priorities are completed on time.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
510 years of executive assistant, executive administrative support, or senior-level administrative experience supporting executive leadership
Associate degree, business school certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, WebEx, and modern collaboration tools
Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to coordinate across all levels of an organization and professionally manage executive priorities
Proven ability to handle highly confidential information, exercise sound judgment, maintain absolute discretion, and successfully pass a credit check with credit in good standing
