• Support the CFO with daily administrative and organizational tasks
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and financial documentation
• Assist with accounting tasks, reconciliations, and data tracking
• Create templates, memos, letters, and internal communications
• Conduct research and compile data for decision-making
• Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, and executive priorities
• Track projects and follow up on action items
• Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and accuracy
• Assist with special projects and cross-department initiatives

• Base Hourly Compensation: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour

• Previous executive assistant, accounting assistant, or similar experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with automotive software and Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
