About This Role
The Executive Assistant I provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine. This position manages the daily operations of the Dean''s Office by coordinating executive scheduling, communications, travel, meetings, committee administration, and confidential records. The role prepares correspondence, reports, agendas, and other official documents; assists with event planning and donor engagement activities; and serves as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, and external partners.
The Executive Assistant also coordinates administrative activities across the Dean''s Office, supports college committees, assists with special projects, and collaborates with university offices to ensure the efficient operation of executive functions. This position exercises independent judgment in prioritizing work, managing confidential information, and responding to a wide variety of administrative matters while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the professionalism and integrity of the College of Veterinary Medicine.
