Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill andknowledge of organizationalpolicies and practices.
Responsibilities:Prepares correspondence, reports, etc. Screens telephone calls andvisitors andresolves routine and
complex inquiries. Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, andcoordinaterelated arrangements. Works with marketing and knowledge engineering to execute price list updates.
Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:3 years relevant experience.
Fluent in Microsoft Office application suite.
Experience with enterprise software such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
