Description of Work
The Executive Assistant serves as the operational and business management lead for the Chief Privacy Officer/DPO Director, Chief Data Officer/EDO Director, and the State Chief Information Security Officer/ESRMO Director, while also supporting Program Directors and Deputy Directors across the ESRMO, EDO, and DPO divisions.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution;
Associate’s degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience;
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
