The role is an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a PACE program dedicated to providing coordinated medical and social care for individuals 55+ living with chronic illnesses or disabilities.
They will manage calendars, prepare reports and correspondence, coordinate meetings and travel, and serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, organizing files, supporting projects, and assisting with organizational initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of healthcare or senior services is preferred.
