    Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executives. This role is critical in keeping leadership aligned, informed, and operating at a high level.

    The right person is detail-obsessed, exercises strong judgment, maintains confidentiality, and brings a high level of relational awareness in how they communicate and operate across the organization.

    What You Need To Know

    • Supports executives with day-to-day operations and priorities
    • Manages complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination across multiple leaders
    • Processes and prioritizes some incoming communications including email, calls, and other requests
    • Serves as a liaison with internal teams and external partners on behalf of leadership
    • Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries, including last-minute changes as needed
    • Maintains smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office when leaders are unavailable
    • Handles sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
    • Prepares and reconciles expense reports and corporate credit card activity
    • Assists with tracking and reconciling department budgets
    • Supports team and executive engagement efforts, including communication, gifting, and special touchpoints as needed

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
    • Team player with a positive, service-oriented approach

    Even Better

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
    • Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership

    The expected salary range for this position is between:

    $58,300.00 - $71,300.00

    The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
