About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and financially oriented Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of Investor Relations (IR), with additional support to the broader Finance Executives in Arlington, VA. This role is critical to the execution of investor relations strategy and requires an individual who thrives in a fast paced, high visibility environment with constant external engagement

In this role, you will serve as a key partner in managing the complex logistics and communications required to support interactions with analysts, investors, and the broader financial community. The ideal candidate brings strong business and financial acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of activity with precision and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Relations Support: Partner closely with the VP of Investor Relations to manage high volume, time sensitive daily operations, including scheduling investor meetings, analyst calls, and non-deal roadshows while balancing competing priorities
  • Calendar and Logistics Management: Manage highly dynamic calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across analysts, investors, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders including ownership of logistics, expenses, documentation, and preparation and submission of expense reports with precision
  • Earnings and IR Cycle Coordination: Support quarterly earnings processes, including scheduling, logistics, preparation timelines, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
  • Meeting Preparation and Briefings: Prepare detailed briefing materials, investor profiles, call notes, and presentations to ensure leadership is fully informed and prepared for all engagements
  • Investor and Analyst Engagement: Maintain awareness of key analysts, investors, and market participants, ensuring interactions are handled professionally and with strong attention to detail
  • Event and Roadshow Coordination: Plan and execute investor conferences, roadshows, and leadership meetings, managing all logistics with precision and confidentiality
  • Executive Communications and Coordination: Draft and manage communications and serve as a liaison across finance, leadership, and external stakeholders
  • Tracking and Execution: Monitor IR deliverables, follow ups, and action items to ensure deadlines are met and commitments are executed seamlessly

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within investor relations, finance, or corporate environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive logistics, and high volumes of scheduling activity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong professional judgment
  • Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Investor Relations, FP&A, or CFO organizations
  • Familiarity with investor relations activities, including earnings cycles, analyst calls, and investor engagement
  • Strong interest in financial markets, corporate performance, and business strategy
  • Experience working in a publicly traded or highly regulated company
  • Experience coordinating investor events, roadshows, or external facing executive engagements
  • Experience with tools such as Concur, SharePoint, SAP, Deltek Costpoint, or similar enterprise systems
  • Experience operating in a global or complex corporate environment

Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
