The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operations and platform management functions. The Executive Assistant focuses on improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission – specifically, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning. The Executive Assistant works with the corporate team to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency across the System through process and system improvements, as well as coordination and communication between corporate and the franchise System.
