Introduction
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of five lawyers. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior executive level administrative experience required, candidates with legal administration background are a plus.
- Strong proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Concur, Ariba, and utilization of GenAI such as MS Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in all aspects including heavy scheduling and calendar management.
- Liaise with other executive assistants to coordinate among leaders.
- Submit expense reports for reimbursement.
- Coordinate and plan staff meetings.
- Schedule travel and provide other general administrative support.
