Executive Assistant/Office & Community Manage
Salary Range:$65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant who will split time between direct executive support and internal operations across the local office and HR organization. This role requires exceptional organization, speed, judgment, and professionalism, along with a positive, high-energy attitude that helps elevate office culture.
This is not a task-based administrative role. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, moves quickly across systems, communicates clearly, and acts as a trusted partner to senior leadership.... And serves as the office Community Manager, owning the day-to-day experience, energy, and connectivity of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (50%)
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics with strong prioritization and urgency
Actively clear the way for meetings by preparing agendas, pre-reads, follow-ups, and coordinating across stakeholders
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, internal communications, and documents with a high bar for grammar, clarity, and tone
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Office Operations, HR & Internal Projects (50%)
Support HR-related coordination, including handling sensitive employee information and documentation
Assist the CFO and finance team with scheduling, coordination, and administrative project support
Own day-to-day office operations and facilities coordination
Drive office culture initiatives, events, and experiences that improve morale and engagement
Support internal, cross-functional projects with strong follow-through
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Capabilities

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities at speed
Extremely systems-savvy and agile; able to quickly learn and navigate tools, logins, calendars, and software independently.
Fast, proactive, and anticipatory
Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading ability
Trustworthy and discreet, particularly with HR and executive-level information
Strong team player who works well across departments and personalities
Experience
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role supporting senior leaders
Experience in fast-paced, professional environments preferred
We use google workplace (GMAIL, DOCs,Sheets) so experience with this is a big plus.
