Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing board materials, supporting board meetings, handling confidential communications, and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. $80,000 - $100,000
